A distinguished graduate from both Indiana University and the University of Southern California, Tom Pickering is a 21-year veteran who retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the US Army. 

Tom’s distinguished military background coupled with his talent and passion for writing have led him to have his works published in Military Review, FACTC Focus Magazine, and This I Believe. He is currently a professor at Pierce Community College in the state of Washington.
